The Mileway Commercial Center Waldauer Weg is centrally located in the Kassel Industrial Park. Various small and medium-sized, mostly internationally or nationally active companies are based here. It offers short distances to the A7, A44 and A49 highways as well as quick connections to Kassel city center and the ICE train station. Local public transport is directly accessible.

The "Am Lohfeldener Rüssel" industrial estate covers a total area of 20.55 hectares, which is divided into eight plots of different sizes.
